Cold Shrimp Pasta Salad {The Best!} - Kid Friendly Things To Do

Materials

  • 3 cups small pasta shells uncooked
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp. horseradish sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1&1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • ¾ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 lb. small shrimp peeled and deveined - cooked
  • 1 large cucumber seeded and chopped
  • 3 celery ribs sliced

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta shells according to the directions on the package
  • While those are cooking, grab a large bowl, and mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper
  • At this point...the sour cream mixture is so delicious, you'll want to dip some cucumber slices into it
  • When the pasta is finished cooking, drain, and rinse it
  • Add the pasta, and shrimp, cucumber, and celery to the sour cream mixture
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until you are ready to serve

Store - covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days
