Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Place your pumpkin seeds onto the baking sheet,
If you want these to be salty-sweet, now is the time to salt them
Let them bake for about 10 minutes, or until they are dried out, and turning a golden brown. When they have baked enough, toss them. Leave them on the parchment paper, and set aside
While those are cooking...grab yourself a saucepan
Over med/high heat, melt the butter
Add the corn syrup, and brown sugar - Mix it all together
Add the jello. Stir in. Stirring constantly...Bring mixture to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for about 5 minutes
Pour jello mixture onto the pumpkin seeds, spread the mixture around
Bake for another 10 minutes
Let cool slightly, so the mixture is still soft, but won't burn you
Pull seeds apart in clusters, and toss into a serving bowl
