Equipment

  • 12 lollipop sticks

Materials

  • 12 square marshmallows
  • 11 oz. chocolate melts - I used brown
  • 24 candy eyes
  • 12 pretzel sticks - mini
  • 1 5 oz. La Choy Chow Mein Noodles
  • 1 14 oz. candy corn - I used Autumn Mix

Instructions

  • place wax paper on your work surface
  • melt a small bowl of chocolate melts
  • push lollipop sticks into marshmallows
  • dip pretzel sticks into the chocolate and let dry on wax paper
  • dip a corner of a marshmallow into melted chocolate, so chocolate covers the top at a slant
  • place dry pretzel stick across the bottom of the chocolate slant
  • break chow mein noodles into little pieces for hair, and dip them into chocolate
  • place them under the pretzel as hair
  • use a toothpick to grab a little melted chocolate and add it to the back of candy eyes
  • place the eyes on the marshmallow
  • optional: cut the brown portion of the candy corn off
  • use the toothpick to pick up more chocolate and place it onto the marshmallow for the nose

Notes

Storing:
Try to serve these marshmallow pops within a day. If you need to store them for a longer period of time, place them in an airtight container and store them at room temperature for up to two days
