- 12 oz. white melting chocolate
- 24 marshmallows regular sized
- 3 oz. rainbow non pareils - I used small non-perils but you can use rainbow jimmies sprinkles
melt chocolate until smooth
place straws into marshmallows
set out wax paper onto your work surface
dip marshmallows into melted chocolate and spin until coated all of the way around (you don't have to coat the entire length of the marshmallow. That is totally your call.)
let the excess chocolate drip off
immediately add sprinkles by sprinkling them on while spinning the chocolate covered marshmallow
set upright on wax paper to dry
If you only want 1 dozen, then just pour half of the chocolate to use
Storing - Store in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to 1 week
