- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup applesauce
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Lemonade Drink Mix
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Topping:
- 4 Tbsp. Lemonade
- Sugar for sprinkling
Extra Equipment:
- cooling rack
- wax paper
- parchment paper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
In a mixing bowl or stand mixer - cream the butter and sugar together
Add applesauce and eggs
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, lemonade powder, and baking soda
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture
Either use a cookie scoop or roll the dough into 1&1/2 inch balls and place it onto baking sheets that have been lined with parchment paper
Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes
Transfer to a wire rack
While the cookies are still warm, brush the cookies with your Lemonade and sprinkle with sugar
