A fun homemade bubble machine for kids to play with
Prep Time5 minutes
Author: Melissa Haines
Cost: $2

Equipment

  • 1 A container with a lid
  • Optional - stickers
  • 1 Hole punch
  • 1 Plastic straws - we used a crazy straw for some next-level fun
  • Dish soap + Water
  • Optional: Duct Tape to secure straw to container

Instructions

  • Punch a hole in one end of the container - near the top and one more on the lid - near the edge of one of the narrow sides
  • Optional - Decorate the container and lid
  • Add a couple of teaspoons of dish detergent and add water to just "below" the hole in the side of the container
  • Place the lid on the container - it does not matter which end, but the bubbles will come out at the hole on the top, so just be aware of that
  • Place one end of the straw through the side hole and tilt it so the straw is in the water
  • Optional: Add a piece of tape to keep the straw in place
  • That's it. You are done, my friend...Let the fun begin!
