Pool Noodle Pom-Pom Launcher {So fun!}
A fun pool noodle pom-pom launcher to play with

Equipment
- 1 1 latex balloon
- Scissors
- pool noodle
- duck tape
Instructions
- Cut a section of the pool noodle - about 6 inches
- Cut the round end of the balloon off of the top of the balloon - throw the top piece out
- Pull the cut portion of the balloon over one end of the pool noodle
- Use duck tape to secure the balloon to the pool noodle
- Tie the balloon end, just like you would if you blew the balloon up
