Author: Melissa Haines
Cost: $10

Materials

  • 4 rolls toilet paper
  • 1 roll cellophane
  • 1 18 inch. plunger
  • 1 twist tie
  • 1 sheet vinyl adhesive black
  • 1 set snowman face decals
  • 1 winter cap or beanie

Instructions

  • Place your plunger on top of your work surface
  • Place toilet paper rolls over the plunger pole - I used 4 rolls. The top toilet paper roll should cover the pole or mostly cover it.
  • Cut the cellophane wrapper so that it fully wraps around the toilet paper rolls and can be taped to seal it.
  • Seal the wrapping paper with clear tape.
  • Pull the top of the cellophane wrapper together and use a twist tie to secure it.
  • Using the black vinyl adhesive, cut out your snowman's boots. Mine are 3 inches tall by 3 inches wide. Adjust yours so that it fits your bottom roll of toilet paper.
  • Using the same vinyl adhesive, cut the 3 buttons. I cut mine about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the boots and buttons on your bottom rolls - leaving the top alone for the snowman's face
  • Use the adhesive snowman face sticker to create a face on the top toilet paper roll
  • Add your hat to the top - If you feel like you need to, tape the hat to secure it
