Cupcake Paper Flowers
Easy to make flowers out of cupcake liners

Materials
- Cupcake Wrappers I like the ones with a scalloped edge, but this time I only had round edges
- Mini Cupcake Wrappers - The center of the flower
- Hole Punch
- Glue - optional
Instructions
- Stack a mini cupcake wrapper and two regular-sized wrappers together, with the mini wrapper in the center.
- Fold the cupcake wrappers and punch a hole in the center of the liners.
- Push the top of the pipe cleaner through the hole and fold it over.
- Twist it so it is securely in place
- Open up the wrappers.
- Scrunch the mini wrapper so it creates folds like a flower.
- Do that to the other two wrappers individually
