How to Make a Parmesan Cheese Bowl

Equipment

  • parchment paper
  • small bowls

Materials

  • 1.5 cups Shredded Parmesan

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  • Spread Parmesan cheese into four six inch circular shapes on the parchment paper. You may only be able to fit three bowls onto one baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and has turned a golden color
  • Let the cheese cool for about one minute. It should still be warm but will not fall apart when you pick it up
  • Place a small bowl upside down
  • Set the warm cheese circle over the center of the bowl and place another bowl over the cheese bowl
  • Leave it alone until it cools.
  • Carefully remove the top bowl and the crispy cheese bowl and place it right-side up on a salad plate
  • Fill with salad
