- Giant google eyes About 1 inch wide
- Blue foam sheets
- Sharp scissors for the adult
- Blue pom-poms for the nose small
- Yellow felt for the Smurfette hair cut 3 U shapes for her hair and another oblong U for her bangs
- Black elastic beading chord for eyelashes cut six small pieces (3 for each of Smurfette's eyes)
- A black Sharpie for the eyebrows and mouths
- A little red heart sticker for Smurfette's tongue Optional
Smurfette's Hair
Cut three Oval shapes from the yellow felt that are about 2x4 inches
Cut a couple of thin oval shapes for the bangs
Shape the thin oval shaped into a curve with a pointed tip
Tuck the three larger ovals to the top of the toilet paper tube, separating them a little for layers
Glue them in place
Add the curves bangs with the pointed tip to the front
Hat
The hat is a sock stuffed with cotton balls
When you get the sock on the tube as your hat, fold it over and secure it with the glue
Push the sock hat down to bend it forward, and add glue to secure it in place
Eyes
Cutting a blue circle from the blue foam sheet - a little larger than the black pupil and smaller than the whites of the eye.
Turn the eye over, and have an adult cut a slit in the backs of the Google eyes - insert the blue circle behind the black pupil.
Use the black pieces of cording to give Smurfette eyelashes
