Dip two sweetheart candies into the melted chocolate
Push them up against the top of the heart lollipop to make ears
Using your toothpick, pick up some melted chocolate and dab some on the back of the candy eyes
Set them onto the lollipop so the chocolate can harden
Make a smile with the gel frosting
Let the lollipop set on the counter so the chocolate and frosting can dry and harden.
Meanwhile, decorate your cupcake with white frosting in a piping bag with a star tip.
You'll want to squeeze frosting out of the tip, holding it vertically above the cupcake. Stop squeezing and lift up to make a point. Repeat that all over the cupcake.
Sprinkle with heart sprinkles
Once the faces have completely dried, insert them into the cupcakes.
Add three more mini heart lollipops to the back of the cupcake as the love bug's body.
