Carrot Chocolate Covered Pretzels

These carrot chocolate-covered pretzels are an easy, no-bake Easter treat made with pretzel rods and candy melts. Perfect for baskets, parties, or gifting!

Equipment

  • Mason jar
  • piping bags
  • wax paper

Materials

  • 12 pretzel rods
  • 1-2 cups orange candy melts
  • ½ cup green candy melts

Instructions

  • Melt orange candy melts in a tall mason jar or microwave-safe container
  • Dip each pretzel rod into the melted chocolate, leaving a small portion at the top uncovered
  • Place dipped pretzels onto wax paper
  • Transfer melted orange chocolate to a piping bag
  • Snip a small tip and drizzle lines across each pretzel for a carrot texture
  • Let set slightly
  • Melt green candy melts and transfer to a piping bag
  • Pipe small leaf shapes onto wax paper
  • Allow leaves to harden completely
  • Add a small dab of melted green chocolate to the top of each pretzel
  • Attach the hardened leaves
  • Let everything fully set before serving

Notes

  • A tall mason jar makes dipping easier and less messy
  • Candy melts work best for smooth coating and quick setting
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days
