1 clear sandwich bag
1 green pipe cleaner
clear tape
- 1 cup Berry Cheerios, as needed to fill the bag approximate amount
- 1 cinnamon stick alternatie - brown paper straw
Fill the clear sandwich bag with enough Berry Cheerios to create a full apple shape. Eyeball the amount.
Insert a cinnamon stick into the center of the cereal, leaving a small portion inside the bag and most of it extending above the cereal.
Gather the bag just above the Cheerios and twist it tightly, pulling the plastic taut around the cereal and cinnamon stick.
Wrap the center of a green pipe cleaner around the twisted portion of the bag.
Bend both sides of the pipe cleaner into loops and twist the ends near the center to form two leaves.
Pull the bottom corners of the bag up and toward the back. Secure them to the back with clear tape to create a rounder apple shape.
