Chocolate Dipped Oreo Footballs

Equipment

Materials

  • 15 Oreo cookies
  • 6 oz. chocolate melts brown
  • 3 oz. chocolate melts white

Instructions

  • Melt the brown chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. I usually heat it for 1 minute and stir. If necessary, I add another 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each Oreo into the melted chocolate, coating both sides. Lift with a fork and gently tap to remove excess.
  • Set dipped cookies onto wax paper and let them set.
  • Melt the white chocolate and transfer it into a piping bag or squeeze bottle.
  • Pipe one long horizontal line across the center of each Oreo, then add short perpendicular lines to resemble football laces.
  • Let cookies set completely at room temp until firm.
