Equipment

  • 1 knife
  • 1 Spreading utensil
  • 1 toothpick

Materials

  • 6 chocolate donuts frosted
  • 6 oz. chocolate frosting
  • 6 oz. sprinkles fall colors
  • 12 candy eyes
  • 6 gummy worms with red halves - cut in half
  • 3 peach rings with the yellow halves cut into small triangles for the beak

Instructions

  • Frost and Sprinkle: Spread a thin layer of chocolate frosting over the back half of each donut. Immediately add fall-colored sprinkles to the chocolate frosting to make the turkey’s colorful feathers.
  • Add the Eyes: Use a toothpick to add small dabs of frosting to the candy eyes and attach them near the center (front) of the donut.
  • Make the Beak and Waddle: Cut small triangles from the yellow half of the peach rings for beaks. Slice red gummy worms in half for the waddle. Use frosting to secure both right under the eyes
