Equipment

  • wax paper
  • piping bag

Materials

  • 24 mini pretzels
  • 11 oz. chocolate melts green
  • sprinkles including yellow star sprinkles

Instructions

  • Set Up Your Pretzels - Lay out mini pretzel sticks on a sheet of wax paper. These will form the “trunks” of your trees.
  • Melt Your Chocolate - Melt green chocolate melts according to package instructions until smooth. Spoon the melted chocolate into a piping bag.
  • Build the Tree Shape - Starting at the base of the pretzel stick, pipe the chocolate back and forth in a pyramid shape, leaving a small portion at the bottom uncovered for the trunk. Make a couple of layers for a stronger tree that won’t break when picked up.
  • Decorate While Warm - While the chocolate is still soft, add sprinkles to decorate your tree. Finish each tree with a small yellow star on top.
  • Let Them Set - Allow the chocolate to harden completely before moving or serving your festive pretzels.
