- 3.4 oz. box instant chocolate pudding mix—not cook-and-serve
- 2 cups cold whole milk or 2%
- 8 ounces whipped topping thawed but still cold
- 24 Oreo cookies including the cream filling
- 24 gummy worms
In a medium bowl, whisk the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until well combined.
Let stand until thickened, up to 5 minutes.
Gently fold in the thawed, cold whipped topping until combined.
Crush the whole Oreo cookies in a blender or in a sealed zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
Divide the pudding mixture and crushed Oreos among 8 serving cups, layering pudding, Oreos, pudding, and Oreos. Each cup should have two layers of each, ending with cookie crumbs.
Add 3 gummy worms to each cup. If making ahead, wait until serving time to add the worms.
Refrigerate until serving.

For make-ahead cups, cover and refrigerate without the gummy worms. Add the worms when ready to serve.
