Copycat Outback Steakhouse Ranch Dressing

- 1&1/2 tsp, Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ½ tsp. course ground black pepper
- ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ¾ tsp. garlic powder
Just combine all of the above ingredients
Mix well, cover, and place into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
After mixing, take a little taste to see if it has enough of a spicy kick. If you need a little more add a little bit more of the cayenne pepper. Not too much. A little goes a long way. Taste again and add more if necessary.
To make Outback's House Salad - Mix: salad greens (Iceberg lettuce, Napa Cabbage, and Romaine), chopped red onion, chopped cucumbers, sliced cherry tomatoes, garlic croutons, and shredded Colby Jack cheese
