Materials

  • 1&1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 fresh tomatoes peeled and cored
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 small sweet onion coarsely chopped
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ½ cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Using a food processor or blender, mix everything but the oil.
  • Gradually add the oil, and continue mixing.

Notes

Best served immediately, but you can refrigerate the leftover for up to two weeks.
