Creamy French Dressing Recipe for a delicious salad.
Yield: 6 -8 servings
Materials
- ½ cup of mayonnaise
- 2 fresh tomatoes - peeled and cored
- ¼ cup of white vinegar
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 small sweet onion - coarsely chopped
- ½ tsp. of salt
- ¼ tsp. of pepper
- ½ cup of olive oil
Instructions
- Using a food processor, or blender chop grind everything, but the oil, together. Gradually add the oil, and continue mixing.
Notes
Best served immediately, but you can refrigerate the leftover (if that's possible ;) )
