Easy DIY Tissue Paper Party Banner
Make a simple tissue paper tassel garland for your next celebration

Equipment
- Scissors
Materials
- tissue paper assorted colors - you'll probably get about 3 tassles per piece of tissue paper
- twine
- glue
Instructions
- Cut about one-inch wide strips from the tissue paper
- Gather five strips of one color
- Fold the gathered strips in half, forming a loop in the middle
- Use twine to tie a knot under the loop
- Make several more tissue paper tassels
- Thread a long piece of twine through the tassel loops
- Once you have your tassels spread apart as you like them, add a dab of tacky glue to the twine under the tassel so it will stay in place
- Hang the banner and enjoy!
