evaporated milk

marshmallow creme

vanilla extract

crushed soft peppermint
set aside 2 Tbsp. for decorating
Instructions
In a medium size sauce pan, over medium/high heat, mix the milk, sugar, and butter.
Bring to a rolling boil for 6 minutes - stir constantly to prevent boiling.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Add marshmallow creme, vanilla, and (most) peppermint pieces
Pour into your pan lined with wax paper, spread out evenly with a silicone spatula.
Sprinkle the rest of the peppermint pieces over the top to add a festive touch.
Let cool and firm for about 2 hours.
Pull the wax paper with fudge out of the pan, and cut into squares.
