Easy to Make Sticky Buns

Materials

Caramel

  • 6 tbsp. butter unsalted
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • cup whipping cream
  • 2 dashes sea salt

Rolls

  • 16 oz. Crescent Rolls
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter - softened (one stick)
  • ½ cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter
  • Add the sugar, honey, whipping cream, and salt
  • Bring to a boil, and quickly reduce the heat so it is at a simmer
  • Simmer for about three minutes
  • Pour the caramel sauce into the greased baking pan
  • Sprinkle crushed pecans over the sauce

Rolls

  • Roll out the crescent roll packages and mold them together into one big rectangle
  • Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough
  • In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon
  • Along the long side, roll the crescent rolls up into one long tube
  • Cut the tube into twelve rolls
  • Place the pieces into the caramel sauce
  • Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown
  • Place wax paper or a baking sheet on your protected counter top and flip the baked rolls over so they fall out onto the paper
