Instructions
**Print the template.** Print onto cardstock. Choose the pre-colored face or color the outline to match your child’s skin and hair.
**Prepare the dress.** Print the template directly onto colored cardstock, or cut out the dress pattern and trace it onto colored paper.
**Cut out the pieces.** Cut out the dress, chosen face, heart, and star.
**Make the wings.** Use a vertical background for smaller hands or turn it horizontally for larger hands. Brush white washable kid-friendly acrylic paint onto your child’s hands and press onto the dark paper to make the wings.
**Let the paint dry.** Allow the handprints to dry completely before adding the paper pieces.
**Attach the dress and face.** Glue the dress between the handprint wings, then glue the face at the top of the dress.
**Add the halo.** Cut and shape a gold pipe cleaner into a ring. Attach above the angel’s head with tacky glue.
**Add the decorations.** Glue the gold heart onto the dress and the gold star onto the background.
**Personalize the keepsake.** Write your child’s name and the date on the finished craft.
