Materials

  • 12 oz. evaporated milk
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt
  • Whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture until smooth and fully incorporated.
  • Pour into a freezer-safe container or loaf pan.
  • Cover tightly and freeze for 3–6 hours or overnight, until firm and scoopable.
