Frosting Cupcakes
Frost cupcakes with chocolate frosting
Makign the Face
Add a small dab of icing to the back of each candy eye and press them onto the Nutter Butter cookie.
Use black icing to pipe a smile, nostrils, and a little bit of hair onto the cookie.
Place the decorated cookie upright on top of the frosted cupcake.
Gently tuck two cashews behind the cookie to create ears, pressing them into the frosting so they stay in place.
