small bowls
Materials
1.5
cups
Shredded Parmesan
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Spread Parmesan cheese into four six inch circular shapes on the parchment paper. You may only be able to fit three bowls onto one baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and has turned a golden color
Let the cheese cool for about one minute. It should still be warm but will not fall apart when you pick it up
Place a small bowl upside down
Set the warm cheese circle over the center of the bowl and place another bowl over the cheese bowl
Leave it alone until it cools.
Carefully remove the top bowl and the crispy cheese bowl and place it right-side up on a salad plate
Fill with salad
