Indian Corn Thanksgiving Treats

- 6 Mini Eclairs or similar oval pastry - Found in the bakery section of most grocery stores
- 1 16 oz. Chocolate Frosting
- 1 cup M&Ms
Set the frosting, and M&Ms out
Add some extra frosting onto the mini eclairs and spread it out
Place M&Ms in 2 vertical lines going down the center of the eclairs
Displaying the Indian Corn Treats
Grab some raffia strips, about 4 inches long, and tie some yarn into a bow around the center of the raffia strips
Arrange 3 Indian Corn Eclairs on a plate so the 2 on each end are pointed outward
Place one end of the raffia slightly under the tops of the Indian Corn treats
If you want to do all of these individually and place them on a platter, make smaller bunches of raffia tied with a yarn bow
Storage - can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days
