Jack-O-Lantern Orange Soda Float

Equipment

  • 1 black Sharpie
  • 5 clear plastic cups I used 12 oz. cups

Materials

  • 2 liters soda orange
  • 3 cups ice cream vanilla
  • .5 cups sprinkles Halloween - optional

Instructions

  • Decorate the cups – Using a Sharpie, draw Jack-o’-Lantern faces on each clear cup. You can make them spooky, silly, or scary
  • Prepare the rim – Spread a thin layer of white frosting around the rim of each cup. Dip the frosted rim into Halloween sprinkles to coat.
  • Pour the soda – Fill each cup about ¾ of the way with orange soda.
  • Add the float – Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream into the soda.
  • Optional toppings – Add whipped cream on top and a candy corn or festive straw for extra flair.
  • Serve immediately – Enjoy your spooky, fizzy, creamy float while it’s cold.
