white chocolate melts
12
oz.
regular sized marshmallows
12
peppermint sticks
soft
½
cup
sugar sprinkles
white
Instructions
Melt the chocolate melts in a glass, microwave safe bowl
*I like to melt them for 1 minute, stir. If the chocolate is not smooth yet - pop them in for 30 more seconds - stir until smooth
Set out a sheet of wax paper on your work surface
If the peppermint sticks are too long like mine were, use a knife in a sawing motion to trim the peppermint sticks
*I was able to cut mine in half to make 2 (2 inch) pieces
Push the sticks into the center of the marshmallows
Use the stick as your handle and dip the marshmallows into the chocolate, roll to coat - if needed
Place the chocolate covered marshmallows on the wax paper
Sprinkle immediately with sugar sprinkles
Dip a toothpick into the melted chocolate and dab the chocolate onto the top of the peppermint stick
Add the red M&M to the top of the peppermint stick
