- 18 cupcakes
- 16 oz. buttercream frosting recipe in notes
- 36 Candies Mike and Ike
- 2 tbsp. sprinkles
Pipe frosting onto cupcakes.
Add some colorful sprinkles to each cupcake
Make popsicles by cutting toothpicks in half and pushing them into the center of Mik and Ikes.
Match up two Mike and Ike Popsicles and place them together in the center of the cupcakes

Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter - room temp
- 3 cups of confectioners' sugar
- 1&1/2 tsp. vanilla extract - clear
- 2 tbsp. milk
- (food coloring optional)
Cream butter in stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, beat in sugar, add vanilla and milk. Continue to mix for 3-4 minutes.
