Materials

  • 1 box milk chocolate brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water per box instructions)
  • 8 oz. Heart-shaped marshmallows
  • 1 lb. Fresh strawberries

Instructions

  • Prepare the brownies according to the boxed brownie mix instructions.
  • Bake and cool completely. Allow brownies to fully cool before cutting to prevent crumbling.
  • Cut brownies into squares approximately 1½–2 inches wide.
  • Prepare the strawberries: Cut a small “V” shape from the top of each strawberry - removing the stem as you do. Slice strawberries in half vertically to reveal heart-shaped slices
  • Assemble the kabobs: Thread a brownie square onto a skewer. Add a heart-shaped marshmallow. Add a strawberry heart. Repeat once if desired, using any pattern you like
  • Arrange and serve on a platter or Valentine-themed tray.
