Equipment

  • Small star cookie cutter

Materials

  • 2 Mini Cucumbers sliced into rounds
  • 4 Small cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes), halved
  • 1 Cheese slice or block for star (use a small cookie cutter)
  • 6 Mini pretzel sticks broken to size

Instructions

  • Prepare the Base

Lay your serving platter flat and start with a single cucumber slice at the top as the tip of your tree.
  • Build the Tree

Layer cucumber slices in rows, making each row slightly wider than the one above to create a triangle shape that resembles a Christmas tree.
  • Add Ornaments

Place halved cherry tomatoes or small tomatoes on top of the cucumber layers, spacing them evenly like colorful ornaments.
  • Make the Star

Using a small cookie cutter, cut a star shape from your cheese slice or block. Place the star on the top of the cucumber slice to complete the tree topper.
  • Assemble the Trunk

Break mini pretzel sticks to the desired size and place them together at the base of the tree to form the trunk.
  • Serve and Enjoy

Your Vegetable Snack Christmas Tree is ready to serve! It’s great for holiday parties, kids’ lunches, or as a healthy appetizer on your holiday table.
