- 2 Mini Cucumbers sliced into rounds
- 4 Small cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes), halved
- 1 Cheese slice or block for star (use a small cookie cutter)
- 6 Mini pretzel sticks broken to size
Prepare the Base
Lay your serving platter flat and start with a single cucumber slice at the top as the tip of your tree.Build the Tree
Layer cucumber slices in rows, making each row slightly wider than the one above to create a triangle shape that resembles a Christmas tree.Add Ornaments
Place halved cherry tomatoes or small tomatoes on top of the cucumber layers, spacing them evenly like colorful ornaments.Make the Star
Using a small cookie cutter, cut a star shape from your cheese slice or block. Place the star on the top of the cucumber slice to complete the tree topper. Assemble the Trunk
Break mini pretzel sticks to the desired size and place them together at the base of the tree to form the trunk.Serve and Enjoy
