Materials

  • 12 wafer cookies
  • 1 tbsp. strawberry frosting or vanilla frosting colored pink
  • `1 tbsp. white frosting
  • 12 mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Make the Base - Trim one end of the wafer cookie into a point by carefully slicing off two diagonal corners at the tip.
  • Eraser - Use a butter knife or a spreader to spread a small amount of strawberry frosting across the other end of the cookie.
  • Pencil Tip - Spread a small amount of white frosting onto the pointed tip of the cookie.
  • Pencil Lead - Place a dab of white frosting onto the bottom of the chocolate chip.
  • Push the chocolate chip onto the pointed tip of the wafer cookie.
