Cashew Chicken Casserole with Chow Mein Noodles

Materials

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 - 2 oz. can of mushrooms - drained
  • ¼ cup green onions
  • 1 14 oz. bean sprouts - drained
  • 1 10 oz. cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup chicken cooked and diced
  • ½ cup cashews
  • t ground pepper
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat
    making cashew chicken casserole
  • Add mushrooms, onions, & bean sprouts for about 5 min. or until tender
  • In a large bowl, mix the soup, milk, chicken, cashews, pepper, and 1 cup of the chow mein noodles
  • Add the cooked mushrooms, onions and sprouts
  • Pour everything into a large casserole dish
  • Sprinkle the remaining chow mein noodles on top
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes
