Meanwhile, in a large skillet, add the olive oil and garlic
Cook for about 2 minutes on medium heat, until you can really smell the garlic
Add the shrimp, tomatoes, basil, mustard, salt, and pepper
Cook for about 2-3 minutes longer
Add the chives and grape tomatoes
Cook an additional minute longer
