Buffalo Chicken Flat Bread

Materials

  • 1 Thin Crust Pizza - prebaked
  • ¼ - ½ cup buffalo Chicken Sauce - like Frank's Hot Wing Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbled
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup chicken breast - cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing for Dipping

Instructions

  • In a medium sized skillet, heat the olive oil and saute the red onion sliced until tender
  • Pour the sauce over the crust and spread around
  • Sprinkle the cheeses, chicken breast and cooked onion on the pizza
  • Cook at 425 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted
  • Cut into individual squares or slices
  • Sprinkle more blue cheese over pizza
  • Optional - drizzle more hot wing sauce over pizza
  • Serve with Ranch Dressing

Notes

  • *If you like a crunch to your onion - omit the saute part. I like my onions tender, but the restaurant left them crunchy
  • if you are using a pizza dough that has not been baked already, then follow the baking instructions for the dough
