- 1 Thin Crust Pizza - prebaked
- ¼ - ½ cup buffalo Chicken Sauce - like Frank's Hot Wing Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small red onion sliced
- ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbled
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup chicken breast - cooked and cubed
- 1 cup Ranch Dressing for Dipping
In a medium sized skillet, heat the olive oil and saute the red onion sliced until tender
Pour the sauce over the crust and spread around
Sprinkle the cheeses, chicken breast and cooked onion on the pizza
Cook at 425 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted
Cut into individual squares or slices
Sprinkle more blue cheese over pizza
Optional - drizzle more hot wing sauce over pizza
Serve with Ranch Dressing
- *If you like a crunch to your onion - omit the saute part. I like my onions tender, but the restaurant left them crunchy
- if you are using a pizza dough that has not been baked already, then follow the baking instructions for the dough
