Use a large saucepan to boil 4 cups of water
Add the Red Jello and stir for a few minutes until it is completely dissolved
Pour into your greased 10x10 pan (9x9) would also work
Refrigerate for a few hours - making sure it is nice and firm like a jello jiggler
Use a knife to loosed the edges of the jello and invert it onto a cutting board lined with wax paper
Cut 6 hearts out of the red jello and place the hearts into the 9x13 pan
Pour the cold water into a spouted bowl
Add the unflavored gelatin packs by sprinkling them over the cold water
Let stand for 1 minute
While that is setting up, boil the 1&1/2 cups of water in a saucepan
Pour the boiling water over the gelled gelatin
Add the condensed milk and stir in
Let it cool off to room temperature
Pour into the 9x13 pan - do not pour directly onto the hearts
Stop before you are even with the hearts, so the hearts are slightly higher than the white jello
You will probably have white jello left over
Chill for a couple more hours
When ready, cut into squares and serve!
