- 1 9 in. graham cracker pie crust
- 1&1/2 cups light corn syrup
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 4 large eggs
- ½ tsp. almond extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Using a large mixing bowl and a whisk or electric mixer, mix the corn syrup, sugar, peanut butter, and salt together
Beat in the eggs and the almond extract
Pour peanut butter mixture into the prepared pie crust
Place pie on a baking sheet
Bake for about 1 hour, or until the top has risen, and the middle is about to set
Serve warm or chill until ready
