Materials

  • 1 9 in. graham cracker pie crust
  • 1&1/2 cups light corn syrup
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ tsp. almond extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Using a large mixing bowl and a whisk or electric mixer, mix the corn syrup, sugar, peanut butter, and salt together
  • Beat in the eggs and the almond extract
  • Pour peanut butter mixture into the prepared pie crust
  • Place pie on a baking sheet
  • Bake for about 1 hour, or until the top has risen, and the middle is about to set
  • Serve warm or chill until ready
