I love custard. Pair custard with Peanut Butter, and I’m all in! Add whipped cream or ice cream to a warm slice of this pie, for a bite of heaven! Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 9in. graham cracker pie crust
  • 1&1/2 cups of light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Using a large bowl, mix the corn syrup, sugar, peanut butter, and salt together
  3. Beat in the eggs and the almond extract
  4. Pour into the prepared pie crust
  5. Place pie on a baking sheet
  6. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the top has risen, and the middle is about set

Notes

  • You can use foil to prevent the crust from browning. Just cover the crust during the last half of baking
