Make Ahead French Toast Sticks
Ingredients
- 6 slices bread
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk 2% or whole
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ` cup corn flakes crushed
- serving suggestions – syrup and powdered sugar
Instructions
- Cut your toast into thirds
- Grab a large mixing bowl and add your eggs, milk, sugar, extract, and cinnamon
- Whisk together
- Place your sliced bread pieces into the egg mixture to soak
- Carefully place the soaked pieced into a large baking pan
- Sprinkle optional crushed flakes, flip and get the other side
- Freeze for about an hour
- Place the frozen sticks into a freezer bag and freeze until ready
- Bake at 425 for about 8-10 minutes
- Serve with syrup and powdered sugar
