add up to 1/2 tsp. more if you taste it and feel it needs it

Prepared Fresh Grated

Roma Tomatoes
- Drained of juice and Coarsely chopped
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, horseradish, salt, and cilantro
Cut your tomatoes in half, stand over the sink, and squeeze the tomato juice out of the tomato.
Chop the tomato in to large pieces, and lay on a paper towel to dry
Cut your avocados in half - Remove the avocado seed - spoon the avocado halves out of the shell and place them into a separate bowl
Use a knife to dice the avocados and a fork or potato masher to partially mash the avocado (leaving some chunks)
Add the partially mashed avocado to the sour cream mixture and fold in
Finally, fold the tomatoes
Enjoy with tortilla chips.
