My Secret Ingredient Guacamole

Materials

  • 2 Tbsp. Sour Cream
  • ½ tsp. salt add up to 1/2 tsp. more if you taste it and feel it needs it
  • 1 tsp. Horseradish Prepared Fresh Grated
  • ½ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 4 large Soft Avocados
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes - Drained of juice and Coarsely chopped

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, horseradish, salt, and cilantro
  • Cut your tomatoes in half, stand over the sink, and squeeze the tomato juice out of the tomato.
  • Chop the tomato in to large pieces, and lay on a paper towel to dry
  • Cut your avocados in half - Remove the avocado seed - spoon the avocado halves out of the shell and place them into a separate bowl

  • Use a knife to dice the avocados and a fork or potato masher to partially mash the avocado (leaving some chunks)

  • Add the partially mashed avocado to the sour cream mixture and fold in
  • Finally, fold the tomatoes
  • Enjoy with tortilla chips.
