Make Ahead French Toast Sticks

- 6 slices bread
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk 2% or whole
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ` cup corn flakes crushed
- serving suggestions - syrup and powdered sugar
Cut your toast into thirds
Grab a large mixing bowl and add your eggs, milk, sugar, extract, and cinnamon
Whisk together
Place your sliced bread pieces into the egg mixture to soak
Carefully place the soaked pieced into a large baking pan
Sprinkle optional crushed flakes, flip and get the other side
Freeze for about an hour
Place the frozen sticks into a freezer bag and freeze until ready
Bake at 425 for about 8-10 minutes
Serve with syrup and powdered sugar
