Materials
2plum tomatoes - chopped
1small red onion - chopped
1cup pitted Greek olives
2Tbsp.fresh cilantro
2Tbsp.olive oil
2Tbsp.lemon juice
1tsp.minced garlic
1large beef ribeye steak
1cupcrumbled feta cheese
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, olives, cilantro, oil, only 1 of the Tbsp. of lemon juice and the garlic
Place the steak on a large heavy duty sheet of foil and drizzle the rest of the lemon juice on both sides of the steak
Pull the foil up around the steak, fold over and seal
Grill on both sides for about 7 minutes each or until the steak has almost reached the way you like it
Open the foil, pull the steak out and place it directly on the grill for about 1 minute on each side so it gets those beautiful grill marks and crisps up a bit
