Lemon & Jalapeno Flavored Butter Recipe

- ½ cup soft butter
- 1 large jalapeno
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Slice the jalapeno - remove and discard the seeds and veins
Chop the jalapeno into small pieces
In a small bowl - mix the butter, jalapeno, and lemon juice
Spread onto a piece of wax paper, and roll up into a log
Refrigerate for about 1/2 hour, or until firm
When you're ready, slice the butter
Serve over grilled corn, potatoes, and anything else you can think of
Salt to your taste
Storing your flavored butter:
- wrap butter in wax paper and plastic wrap, store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
- You can wrap it in foil to freeze up to 3 months
