- ½ Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup washed strawberries with stems removed
- ¼ c red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. water
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter
Add the strawberries, and cook down until the juices are running - stirring occasionally
Add the vinegar, garlic powder, and sugar - stir in
Mix the cornstarch and water
Add the cornstarch mixture - a little bit at a time so it doesn't over thicken - and continue to cook until the sauce thickens to your linking - about 2 minutes
