Sweet Sauce for Pork Tenderloin {with Strawberries)

Materials

  • ½ Tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup washed strawberries with stems removed
  • ¼ c red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp. water

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter
  • Add the strawberries, and cook down until the juices are running - stirring occasionally
  • Add the vinegar, garlic powder, and sugar - stir in
  • Mix the cornstarch and water
  • Add the cornstarch mixture - a little bit at a time so it doesn't over thicken - and continue to cook until the sauce thickens to your linking - about 2 minutes
