- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups water
- 2 chicken-flavored bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. rotisserie flavored seasoning
In a nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat
Whisk in the flour
Thin out the flour mixture by adding water and whisking constantly to avoid lumps
Add bouillon cubes and seasoning - continue to whisk until cubes are dissolved
Strain any lumps out by pouring the gravy through a strainer over your gravy boat or a bowl
