Just line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. This makes cleanup super easy.
Place your bacon side by side on the baking sheet.
Set it on the center rack of a cold oven
Set the temp to 400 degrees.
Let the bacon cook for about 15 minutes.
The bacon might appear that is not crispy enough. It will turn crispy as it dries.
Set your bacon slices on some paper towels to absorb the grease.
How long to Cook Bacon
Regular bacon will take around 15 minutes. Check on it at about 12 minutes and keep an eye on it
Turkey bacon will take less than 15 minutes. Look in on it after about 11 minutes and keep an eye on it
Thick-cut bacon will take a bit longer. Look at the bacon after 15 minutes and keep an eye on it, checking in every few minutes. No longer than 20 minutes
Bacon will continue to cook a little bit after you pull it off of the sheet pan.
