  • Thick-Cut Bacon – This type of bacon might take a bit longer to cook, and you might have to flip it toward the end of the cooking process.
  • Regular bacon – this bacon can be original or flavored

How to Cook Bacon in the Oven

  1. Just line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. This makes cleanup super easy.
  2. Place your bacon side by side on the baking sheet.
  3. Set it on the center rack of a cold oven.
  4. Set the temp to 400 degrees. Let the bacon cook for about 15 minutes.
  5. The bacon might appear that is not crispy enough. It will turn crispy as it dries.
  6. Set your bacon slices on some paper towels to absorb the grease.
